Boardwalk ...is our small group environment for children Kindergarten - 5^th Grade. This is where children learn how to study the Bible, worship through singing, and build quality friendships with other kids and adult leaders. The mission of Boardwalk is to guide each child to discover Christ's love personally so they will always understand what is really important.

What Happens at Boardwalk?
Children are greeted by the Host Team and directed to their Small Group Leaders to meet in the small group setting.  After participating in an exciting warm up activity, they will proceed to the large group environment where they will participate in a meaningful time of worship and experience a theatre production of the week's Bible story.  The children will then return to their classrooms to build relationships with their leaders and each other through discussions, fun activities, and prayer. Each activity and discussion revolves around the bottom line of the Bible story for the week.

Kid Venture
Three times a year we have a fun activity planned for Boardwalk's small groups and their leaders.  These events take place at Renegade Sports Center, Skate Factory, Movie Theatres, etc.  It's a great way to connect leaders, parents, and kids in a fun social environment. These events are for children (k-5th) that are enrolled in Boardwalk small groups and their friends.

Jump Start
Jump Start is a unique presentation where parents and their children learn what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Jump Start is a one time class offered quarterly to give parents the tools necessary to have a meaningful dialogue with their children about how to begin their spiritual journey.

Jump Start is for children Kindergarten through 5^th grade. Every child who attends Northstar Church needs to attend Jump Start. Click HERE To sign up!
